EEOC retaliated against me and closed my case after I asked my congressman for help.

Santos Albarran at the EEOC is very DISHONEST and a very bad person. 

Santos Albarran SPITS IN THE FACE of unemployed homeless starving woman in this world that cried and begged him for help after being fired. 

Santos Albarran is a absolutely DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING!! 

My case was given a merit case. Santos Albarran at the EEOC said he would mediate my case and help me get back my job. He LIED. He never mediated my case. He never returned my calls and then he ordered my case closed after I filed an EEOC complaint with my congressman. 

Santos Albarran is a VERY VERY dishonest and corrupt federal employee. He should not be employed with the EEOC. He went out of his way to hurt me. He lied and said he would mediate my case, then turned around and closed my case instead. 

My case was reopened by Director Lucy Orta after the EEOC investigator illegally closed my case without investigating. Larry Wallace, who Orta  referred to as her best investigator was reassigned my case after it was reopened. Mr. Wallace told me that my case is a merit case. 

Shortly afterwards, Mr. Wallace quit the EEOC, and Director Lucy Orta was transferred to a new location. 

The EEOC then held onto my case for 5 years and did NOTHING with it. They refused to return my calls and refused to investigate and interview my 13 employees. Adriana Lopez was the investigator in the Las Vegas office and also she was the acting director. 

I filed a complaint with my congressman Dean Heller in Las Vegas, NV., to try and get at least a return phone call from the EEOC. Instead of returning my call, the EEOC Adriana Lopez along with Santos Albarran retaliated against me for filing a complaint against her with my congressman, and closed my case. 

The EEOC poured salt in my wounds after I went to them crying for help. 

According to the EEOC website, Santos Albarran is the enforcement manager at the EEOC Los Angelas district office. Santos Albarran is a very corrupt and dishonest person. 

Santos Albarran is a disgusting human being and a bad person.
