EEOC retaliated against me and closed my case after I asked my congressman for help.

Santos Albarran at the EEOC is very DISHONEST and a very bad person.

Santos Albarran SPITS IN THE FACE of unemployed homeless starving woman in this world that cried and begged him for help after being fired.

Santos Albarran is a absolutely DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING!!

My case was given a merit case. Santos Albarran at the EEOC said he would mediate my case and help me get back my job. He LIED. He never mediated my case. He never returned my calls and then he ordered my case closed after I filed an EEOC complaint with my congressman.

Santos Albarran is a VERY VERY dishonest and corrupt federal employee. He should not be employed with the EEOC. He went out of his way to hurt me. He lied and said he would mediate my case, then turned around and closed my case instead.

My case was reopened by Director Lucy Orta after the EEOC investigator illegally closed my case without investigating. Larry Wallace, who Orta  referred to as her best investigator was reassigned my case after it was reopened. Mr. Wallace told me that my case is a merit case.

Shortly afterwards, Mr. Wallace quit the EEOC, and Director Lucy Orta was transferred to a new location.

The EEOC then held onto my case for 5 years and did NOTHING with it. They refused to return my calls and refused to investigate and interview my 13 employees. Adriana Lopez was the investigator in the Las Vegas office and also she was the acting director.

I filed a complaint with my congressman Dean Heller in Las Vegas, NV., to try and get at least a return phone call from the EEOC. Instead of returning my call, the EEOC Adriana Lopez along with Santos Albarran retaliated against me for filing a complaint against her with my congressman, and closed my case.

The EEOC poured salt in my wounds after I went to them crying for help.

According to the EEOC website, Santos Albarran is the enforcement manager at the EEOC Los Angelas district office. Santos Albarran is a very corrupt and dishonest person.

Santos Albarran is a disgusting human being and a bad person.

Does anybody know how you can get some justice from
the corrupt illegal lying eeoc. They all cover for each other.
There is a 1996 Law that EEOC investigator and directors can rule
for dismissal on info given at intake. So they do not have to read
your case in detail just go over what u said to cut down on the
caseload. It is called Priority Handling something
So u may think they are reading your complaint
but the investigator and director conspire and
shut you down so they do not have to do their
    jobs.

You cannot get justice from EITHER the EEOC or any similarly tasked state agency. It is all for show and a process built into the law. None of this generally does anything to help the aggrieved party. The politicians only care about ideology;Dems favor keeping these agencies because they think they are better than not having them, and Reps just don’t give a crap except about businesses, which always run the show in whatever way THEY wish, legally or illegally. The federal courts are generally hopelessly biased toward the employer as well. The only hope is in a state process, usually in court. I learned the hard way after choosing the federal courts. In point of fact, there may be NO useful help WHATSOEVER. The andiscrimination laws might as well not even exist as they are NEVER enforced and no attorney fights for the aggrieved party–only for the employer claiming to be same but at leat 9 times out of 10 is not the aggrieved party.

I agree The EEOC does not help anyone and they are getting paid for nothing. I was called a little monkey by a white female coworker and was not not allowed to train for a Pacs Administrator instead white employees that was hired almost ten years after me was given the opportunity to advance in more training and knowledge. Hattie Murphy, investigator Charlotte, NC District, advised to me that I was called this racial slur because of a cartoon, Counsel for my ex employer responded with another racial slur in writing. Hattie Murphy didn’t even acknowledge this racism and discrimination. Hattie Murphy was a secretary for the EEOC in 2015, so how could my case be investigated by a secretary, if Ms. Murphy was a secretary in 2015 how does she meet the criteria to be an investigator in 2017. I truely to believe my case was sold out as well as many many other cases. The EEOC offices and the so called investigators or should I say secretaries in my case need to be investigated

Hattie Murphy advised me that I was called a Racial Slur in the work place because of a cartoon, I reported this ignorant statement to the EEOC fields office in Washington DC. Hattie Murphy lied and denied making this statement to me. The EEOC definitely cannot be trusted, when they lie and deny what they have said to you. That is very low when the investigator starts lying, donot trust this woman she is s lier, she will not represent you fairly and will sell your case out, as well as many other cases have been done. There is a reason why Hattie Murphy lied and denied her actions. There was proof in writing confirming the Racial Slur and she advises I was called this because of a cartoon, so dishonest and unprofessional!

“My case was reopened by Director Lucy Orta after the EEOC investigator illegally closed my case without investigating.” – Can you please tell me how did you get in touch with the director? EEOC has closed my case too without investigation and I would like to get it reopened. Thank you

Contact the EEOC headquarters(1-800-669-4000) in Washington D.C. and ask for the email and phone number of the EEOC field office in your area. When you call the 800 hundred number it will ask if you filing a new charge press 1 or 2 for no. Press 2 and when prompted press zero to be connected to a live person. Depending on when you call the wait time to be connected can be long. So call early in morn like 9 a.m.

The eeoc district director Tom Colclough took my case himself. I felt fortunate at first. Then I found out why. He took it so he could cover up what happened and make sure Sas Institute wouldn’t be held liable.I was told later District Directors are not suppose to take cases because they make the final call.My case was never assigned to an investigator or investigated more than calling SAS HR and asking if it happened? They obviously denied it so that meant it didn’t happen. They let my case sit three years refusing to open and investigate. Then when I went to social media all of a sudden they’re interested and called as did my previous employer Sas. 🙄 I contacted chai feldblum and Victoria lipnic as well as Nicolas Inzio of the EEOC. They are unfortunately about as high as you cn go. Not one responded but Victor Lipnic and Chai Feldblum READ my messages. They ruin people’s lives. I don’t know how they sleep at night. I really don’t. Tom Colclough closed my case without telling me and didn’t give me a chance to defend myself in their denial of what happened. Where’s the equal opportunity in that? But the owner of Sas is a MAJOR campaign contributor to our county and the richest man in my state of NC. Trickle down system at its finest. There’s no such thing as a justice system. The highest bidder always wins.
